账号历史与存储

转写和总结默认保存到账号
登录后，已有和新增记录的转写、总结、标题、分类、行动项、思维导图和文字修订自动保存到服务器。任何设备登录同一账号即可查看已同步的历史，无需单独同意或开启同步。离线记录会在录制手机使用新版 App 登录联网后同步。
音频留在录制设备
原始音频留在录制的手机或录音卡，不作为账号历史上传、下载或跨设备播放。需要收听时，请到录制这段音频的手机或录音卡上播放。为完成转写而临时提交的音频仍按转写服务的现有清理规则处理，不作为永久历史音频。
保存与访问
文字修改自动同步，同时修改保留双方版本。退出账号停止本机同步，服务器中的文字历史保留；删除记录和注销账号按现有规则处理。每个账号仅能访问自己的记录。

Text saves to your account automatically
After sign-in, existing and new transcripts, summaries, titles, categories, action items, mind maps and text revisions save automatically to the server. Sign in with the same account on any device to view synced history. No separate approval or sync switch is required. Offline history syncs when the recording phone signs in and connects using the new app.
Audio stays on the recording device
Original audio stays on the phone or recording card used to record it. It is excluded from account-history uploads, downloads and playback on other devices. Listen on the recording phone or card. Audio temporarily submitted for transcription follows the existing transcription cleanup rules and is not retained as permanent history audio.
Storage and access
Text edits sync automatically. Concurrent edits retain both versions. Signing out stops device sync while retaining account history. Record deletion and account closure follow the existing rules. Each account can access only its own records.
